Here's something I'm excited about: Love INC South Kent County is offering a free class called "Poverty Redeemed" right here at Buck Creek this winter!If you've ever wanted to serve your neighbors but weren't sure how to do it in a way that truly helps (not just a quick handout), this is for you. We'll dive into what transformation looks like vs. transaction, cross-cultural communication, and the power of prayer when we serve.
A free, equipping class - don’t go it alone! Join “Poverty Redeemed” to gain confidence and get prepared to serve. Together, we explore: differences between ‘transaction’ and ‘transformation’ in ministry, cross-cultural communication, the power of prayer and God’s word when we serve.
Tuesday mornings, Jan. 20-Feb. 17, 10:30am-12pm at Buck Creek.
There's also a Thursday night option at Cornerstone Church.
