In honor of Valentine’s Week, we will showcase 13 exceptional selections from Burgundy, the Rhône, and Alsace—sourced from super small, fiercely artisanal producers, many of whom craft their wines in quantities so limited that they are seldom poured beyond their own villages. Several of these expressions will be shown in Missouri for the very first time, adding a sense of privilege and discovery to the night.To complement these remarkable wines, our culinary team has prepared five refined courses, each composed with intention and designed to harmonize with the character, depth, and elegance found in the glass. Together, the pairings create a romantic narrative—an evening where flavor, craftsmanship, and atmosphere intertwine.
