Pour-Over Coffee Tasting with the Hario V60

If you're looking to control variables in your pour-over coffee at home, this is the class for you! We'll cover flat bottom and conical brewers to taste our way through the shape of different brewers and their impact on cup profile. Then we will get a little nerdy with the Hario V60 specifically, get properly caffeinated, and most importantly- have a damn fun time.
