Pour Into Me: The Joy Practice is a pre-Mother’s Day wellness day party created for women who are used to pouring into everyone else and are ready for a moment to be poured into.

This is a space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels real and enjoyable.

The experience begins with prayer and grounding, followed by a hands-on creative wellness moment by @thatgoodpeace where you create your own candle, perfume, or stress relief oil.

You’ll enjoy a curated lunch experience featuring options from world famous Lexington Market restaurants, along with hydration stations by Mova Nature and a spritzer bar by Revel Mobile Bartending.

Music will be set by @DJShay_ throughout the day, and we’ll close with a high-energy movement experience led by Mr. Big Energy (@metmygoals) focused on release, joy, and connection.

You will walk into a room full of women, but it will feel like it was curated just for you.
