Welcome to POUND to end Alzheimer's! Join us at Community Christian Fellowship Church for a fun-filled event where we'll be drumming our way to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's research. Let's come together to make a difference and show our support for those affected by this disease. All fitness levels are welcome, so grab your ripstix and let's make some noise for a good cause!

Doors open at 1:00 where you can shop our raffle and silent auction items, The Rockout Workout will start promptly at 2:00. Yoga mats optional, but not required. Ripstix provided!
