This 45-min outdoor class is to help benefit The Anima Retreat (formally known as Meridian Canine Rescue) organization. $10 donation gets you the Rockout Workout and a drink/ice cream of your choice after class.

THE WORKOUT

The workout combines cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming – all to loud, kick-ass music.
