CHANNEL YOUR INNER ROCKSTAR WITH THIS FULL-BODY CARDIO JAM SESSION INSPIRED BY THE INFECTIOUS, ENERGIZING, AND SWEAT-DRIPPING FUN OF PLAYING THE DRUMS!
The POUND workout combines cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming – all to loud, kick-ass music. An energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping workout, each strike of the Ripstix releases a primal aggression as well as a neuromuscular reward of mixing sound and movement. POUND allows you to truly become the music.
$5 for up to 2 children to play on the Ninja Equipment while you work out! Ages 4+ on the equipment. Staff will present to monitor the children. Must be purchased separately.

Please bring a water bottle, we do not have a water fountain.
