About the event
This workshop offers a hands-on experience where you can learn the skills to process your own poultry. Whether you're watching, getting physically involved, or just supporting, you'll leave with the confidence and knowledge needed to process your own poultry. Gain a deeper appreciation for the life of the animal, the humane process, and the importance of reducing food waste.
The donation amount for each workshop includes one 6-10 lb Heritage Breed turkey, perfect for your Thanksgiving dinner. The fee is $120 for the first person, with an additional $10 per person for friends, family, or kids who want to watch, help, or provide moral support.
