Poughkeepsie Passion Play

The Poughkeepsie Passion Play is the dramatic retelling of the death, burial, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ. The Passion Play uses music and drama to share the truth of Christ, His earthly ministry and His redemptive work on the cross. Dr. James D. Whitmire from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary will be directing the production. The performances will be in the beautiful auditorium of Living Water Church and are about two hours in length, with no intermission. The event is family friendly, however some elements of the presentation may be too intense for small children. Tickets are available for the dress rehearsal on June 17 and 4 performances June 18-20.
