The Bathrooms are going to officially open on April 29th alongside the Wednesday Night Music Series!The time has finally come, to throw a Potty Party for the new ADA bathroom and pavilion project!
We will be letting the winners of the First Flush and Royal Flush silent auction get their chance to officially open up the bathrooms! The winner of The Gambler raffle will also be included.
Thanks to the generous donations of the community through Loos 4 the Lodge, grants and support from various donors, community and members who have given time and money to this project. We couldn't do it without all of the support and generosity from our members, community, staff and board.
Ribbon cutting will be at 6pm directly followed by the first flush and then a dance party and live music with Eric Link on the pavilion.
Silent Auction- First Flush Information
The time is FINALLY here! The bathrooms are complete and we are excited to welcome everyone to join us for a ribbon cutting and potty party on April 29th! (Details to come in the April newsletter) We are going to have a silent auction and raffle for the first round of flushes and the FIRST OFFICIAL flush. These will be held on April 29th after the ribbon cutting at 6pm.
Bidding will be in person and you will have TWO opportunities to bid! You can bid and purchase your raffle tickets at the Annual Membership Meeting on April 6th or at Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour on April 9th (buy Banff tickets HERE!) Winners will be notified via phone/email.
Silent Auction/Raffle:
*First Flush- FIRST OFFICIAL flush in the stall of your choice
*Royal Flush- Five spots in additional stalls for the next round of flushes
*The Gambler- Last stall space will be a raffle! $1 tickets gets you the last stall space for the first flushes
