This class is welcome to all that are interested in learning more about making trinket dishes, spoon rests, and small decorative plates. Dive into the world of ceramics and try something new with our pottery classes! Whether you’re looking for a new hobby or a fun outing with friends, this is the perfect place to start! Step into a welcoming pottery studio and explore clay slab building offering a fun, hands-on way to spark your creativity. Learn from a passionate local potter who guides you every step of the way. Leanna’s pottery classes are a great place to make new friends and find community while you create ceramic art. A pottery class is the perfect way to unwind while discovering a rewarding new hobby!
Cost is $50.
All supplies included.
Class will be two sessions with the second class being Aug. 29th 2-4pm
PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN
HOW TO:
• Create a template
• Roll out a clay slab
• Cut from a template
• Create textured impressions
• Use stamps and rollers
• Mold and press clay
• Smooth edges
• Add a base attachment
• Glaze, using a variety of techniques
