A Date with ClayIn this workshop, we practice the art of being in the moment, disconnecting from the outside world and connecting deeper with ourselves through mindfulness in every way possible.
What can we expect in this workshop?
We will start with a simple 10 mins body scan meditation to relax our mind and body and tune out from all the things that don’t serve us. We set the intention of the workshop, to create for the sake of letting go. We will give it our all, with techniques and necessary steps, but, we won’t be striving for perfection. Finally, we let go of our creations and find catharsis in letting them go. We will take 10 mins to journal our thoughts and feelings to reflect on how our mind and body felt throughout the workshop.
This is a date with yourself and with a material that interacts with you the way you interact with it.
This isn’t your usual pottery workshop. It’s an all encompassing experience that will stay with you in your mind for a while.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope, just wear comfy clothes and get ready to get your hands dirty!
Who can attend the workshop?
Anyone above 16 years of age can attend the workshop!
