Step into the ancestral house of Dwarikanath Ghosh for a one-of-a-kind mishti making workshop. Join us in North Kolkata to celebrate the roots of Bengal and indulge in the craftsmanship of mishti making, reminiscing the bygone era of Bengal's golden age.
This workshop celebrates the artisans who created delicious and cherished memories through their chhena-based mishti creations. We offer you the opportunity to try your hand at recreating Dwarik's long-lost recipes, recipes that captivated Nobel Laureate Tagore, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, the Royal Families of Bengal, and the British Empire. This session is specially planned to celebrate the rich heritage and culture of the Sweetmeat industry in Bengal and its inception.
The experience will be guided by our artisans, along with stories of the past era, followed by a sumptuous breakfast that adds a touch of Bangaliana to a lazy Sunday morning. We invite you to spend your Sunday morning with us at Dwarka Bhawan.
