The All Hands Art Festival celebrates artists who work in clay, glass, metal, or wood. The festival includes artist vendors, demonstrations, live music, food trucks, and Art Olympics where artists can compete in technical competitions in pottery.We want you to compete with us in speed and technique for a trophy and a $150 gift card to Sheffield Pottery! Competitions will be on Saturday across from Fall Line Brewing Co., with the winner announced at the end of the festival on Sunday. All supplies and tools will be provided for the competition except where otherwise noted.
This year's pottery challenges will be: Throwing Blindfolded (5 minutes), Tallest Cylinder from 3 lbs (5 minutes), and People’s Choice for Creative Pitcher (1 hour).
NOTE: The Olympics are not designed for beginners. You must have sufficient skill, knowledge & experience to compete. You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
