Come together with us for a special gathering focused on nourishing our minds and bodies.

This potluck is a space for healers to connect, share nourishing food, and engage in meaningful conversations about self-care and healing practices. Many of us are business owners, and all of us are trying to make a comfortable living. We need money to make it in this world. We also need rest, self-care, slowness, ease, relaxation, gentleness, compassion, and comfort. We deserve better than the path of hustle, grind, and burnout. Let's reclaim rest as an act of resistance against the pressures of a colonial, capitalist mindset. Let's start 2025 with healing intentions to take care of ourselves. Bring a dish to share and an open heart as we support each other on this journey towards wellness. Can't wait to see you there!
