Welcome to the Potluck & Ocean Plunge Meetup! Join us for a fun day of food and adventure. Park at Balboa & Great Hwy. Bring your favorite dish and or drink to share with fellow attendees at our potluck gathering. I will have tables and tents set up. We will do some fun movement and breathwork to get our minds and bodies going then we will plunge ( walk in ) It's a great way to meet new friends, enjoy good food, and experience the thrill of plunging into the ocean.
