Learn the art of pot stickers and egg rolls in a fun, interactive class that blends technique, creativity, and delicious results. You will mix your dough and we will use this for both pot stickers and egg rolls, I will show you how to make this delicious and season fillings we will be using a pork and veggie filling for both , If you cannot eat meat please let me know keep a little out if someone only wants vegetarian , you will practice proper folding and sealing methods, and learn the difference between pan-frying, steaming, and deep-frying for perfect texture on the egg rolls . (we will talk about air frying also ) . . Along the way, I will show each step I will be pan frying and steaming a batch during class, so everyone can taste them…. even beginners will feel confident showing how to handle wrappers, and steam and fry them with ease …. By the end, everyone leaves with their very own hand made dumplings, & egg rolls, and the skills to recreate them at home with no worries..
You will make at least 12 dumplings and a few egg rolls you will receive a small dumpling maker also ( it varies on how people roll the dough) during class everyone will taste the ones I make with an awesome dipping sauce ..
No refunds , you will pick up your cannoli forms flour mix and filling the next day.
