Wedding cakes are not just desserts; they are a vital part of the wedding celebration, representing love, tradition, and creativity. Chef Janice and the Posy Bakery team invite couples and friends to a Tasting Event Sunday, March 2nd from 1-4PM. Your $10 ticket gets you samples of several wedding cakes, pastries, and other delicious treats for your celebrations. We are also inviting our friends who are vendors in the wedding industry to bring their contact information and chat with you at the Tasting. If you are interested in being a vendor, please email us at [email protected] . Vendors must have prior approval from Chef Janice in order to participate.
In addition to wedding food, we will also have our full coffee bar available for purchase and live music. There will be drawings for discounts on wedding cakes and bonuses for those who put down a deposit to reserve their cake date at the Tasting.
Couples should consider their unique tastes and styles when choosing the perfect cake for their special day. Posy Bakery will have a sampling of delicious treats to try, but (almost) ANYTHING is possible. Chef Janice will also be scheduling personalized cake consultations to go over size, flavors, colors, design, and costs with each couple after the Tasting.
