Join Theresa Hansen ERYT and owner of Little Lotus Yoga on the patio at Blue Raven for some sunshine and stretching. We will be practicing outdoors. Please dress accordingly, apply sunscreen, wear a hat and bring water.
Theresa will guide you through an hour-long Vinyasa Flow practice. This is suitable for all; no yoga experience is necessary. Following our practice enjoy the patio while you sip on your locally crafted pint. There are NA options available too.
Please bring a yoga mat and a friend!
Cost is $25.
