Welcoming a new baby into your life is a time of immense joy, but it can also bring challenges as your body heals and adapts. This postpartum wellness workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body and regain a sense of balance, while also exploring conscious contraception practices and understanding the monthly ovulation cycle.
Join us for an interactive and nurturing session where we’ll explore how to tune into your body’s innate wisdom, establish a deeper relationship with your womb, and support your postpartum healing journey. This workshop will provide tools to help you embrace this new phase with intention and self-compassion.
What is Conscious Contraception:
An active practice of learning your body's fertile window in order to learn your cycle and/or general overall health
Who This Workshop Is For:
Parents up to 1 year postpartum
Those seeking holistic support in their postpartum journey
Anyone wanting practical tools for healing, balance, and empowerment after childbirth
Individuals interested in developing a conscious contraception practice
What We Will Cover:
Tools for cultivating self-care during the postpartum period
Understanding the body’s signals and how they relate to postpartum recovery
The 3 primary fertility markers
The monthly ovulation cycle
The womb energy quadrants and archetypes
