Postpartum Support Group: Feeding, Connection + Guest Expert (Tuesday)
About this Event
For this special gathering, we’ll also welcome Cassandra Sohn, a trained Myofascial Release (MFR) therapist. Cassandra will share how myofascial release may support postpartum recovery and provide relief for concerns such as pelvic floor discomfort, menstrual concerns, bladder issues, and lower-back pain.
What this group is
A monthly supportive postpartum group for new moms and parents with babies, led by Annie, Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Certified Postpartum Doula, and mom, and co-hosted by Dr. Julie Gauthier, pediatric chiropractor and owner of Gauthier Family Chiropractic.
During the group, Dr. Julie may answer general questions about pediatric chiropractic. If time permits and when appropriate, she may also offer gentle hands-on support and observations for babies to help families better understand feeding patterns and areas of oral or body tension.

• Lactation and infant-feeding support
• Weighted feeds available during the group
• Support with breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping, combination feeding, and feeding transitions
