Postpartum Support Group

A peer support group for expecting moms and moms up to one year postpartum! Topics change and are conversation driven, but there is a focus on mental health support (postpartum depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders). Littles under one are welcome to join but please arrange childcare for older children due to intimate nature of sharing postpartum experiences.
We are working to find volunteers to watch children during this group and will post an update if this becomes available.
Group is led by a trained mental health group facilitator!
