Join our nurturing Postpartum Support Group, led by Courtney Brillon, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), where you’ll find a safe space to share, connect, and grow. This group is designed for new mothers (first time mom or new baby under one) who are seeking understanding, guidance, and camaraderie during the postpartum period. Whether you’re experiencing feelings of joy, overwhelm, or uncertainty, you’re not alone – we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Expert Guidance: Led by Courtney Brillon, LCSW, a former Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU social worker with experience in postpartum mental health counseling. Our sessions provide evidence-based support and guidance tailored to your unique needs.
Safe Environment: Feel comfortable sharing your experiences, challenges, and triumphs in a judgment-free zone.
Connection: Connect with fellow mothers who understand what you’re going through – building friendships that can last a lifetime.
