Join us for a free weekly support group offered to new moms from birth through 6 months postpartum. This group provides a supportive space for new moms to share their feelings and challenges as they navigate parenthood.
Located in the Community Room of Milford Medical Center located on 442 Nashua Street in Milford, NH, we welcome any member of the member of the community to attend.
Newborn topics include developmental milestones, feeding techniques, and sleep pattern guidance. New parent topics include mood support, body mechanics after delivery, and setting boundaries as a new parent.
