Classes are free and are for any mom / caretaker of a newborn to 1 years old. I’ve been working with postpartum and nursing mothers since 2014. I have 4 children. Two that I bottle fed and two that I nursed to self weaned. My passion for helping mothers comes from a lack of support I received after having my children. As well as my battle with postpartum depression and anxiety. My hope is that these classes will help mothers and babies through the many struggles that can occur the first year after having a baby.
