Postpartum Prep: Make and Take - Grand Haven, MI

Learn about the postpartum period – what you can expect and how to prepare for it emotionally and physically. Participants will also take home a free postpartum care kit!

Postpartum is a vulnerable time, but it is not discussed a whole lot in pregnancy. We want to help you feel more informed about the postpartum period and help you prepare for that time. Postpartum is different for everyone, but with knowledge comes power and peace and we want you to feel as powerful and peaceful as possible in this new chapter of life.
