Postnatal Yoga (Mum & Baby)
You’ve cared for your baby… now it’s time to care for you 🤍
This 6-week Postnatal Yoga (Mum & Baby) series is designed to help you gently recover after birth, rebuild strength safely, and find moments of calm and connection in early motherhood.
These classes offer a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, rest, and simply arrive exactly as you are, feeds, naps, crying, cuddles and all.
Each 60-minute session includes:
🤍 Postnatal-safe yoga
🤍 Core & pelvic floor recovery
🤍 Breathwork & guided relaxation
🤍 Space to connect with other mums
🤍 Baby yoga, massage and engagement exercises
Before your first class, you’ll complete a short postnatal screening form so sessions can be tailored to your needs and experience 🤍
👶 Suitable from:
• 6+ weeks postpartum following vaginal birth
• 8+ weeks following caesarean birth
• Until your baby is confidently crawling
All sessions are taught by a qualified Postnatal Yoga Instructor, with a focus on safe, supportive recovery and compassionate care throughout the postpartum journey.
Spaces are limited to keep classes personal and supportive.
