Postnatal Yoga with baby is a great way to bond and connect with your baby while nurturing and healing your body after childbirth and pregnancy.
This course is suitable from after your postnatal check (around when baby is 8 weeks old) . There will be a range of poses and relaxations designed to ease any discomfort in the recovering postnatal body. Whilst actively engaging baby with lots of singing and and interaction with mum during the poses using toys such as sensory scarves. At the end, we use a parachute and singing to bring the session to a close before enjoying a hot drink, a biscuit and a chat with other Mums.

We provide drinks after the session. It is your responsibility to take great care with hot drinks around minors and use the cup lids provided to reduce the risk of injury.
COVID 19
Please do not leave home if you have any symptoms associated with Covid-19 or have been in contact with someone who has, or have a postive test.
If the teacher has covid 19, a replacement teacher will be sought, if not an alternative date will be provided.
