Postnatal Wellbeing and Mental Health Workshop – Empowering Parents

Welcoming a new baby into the family is an extraordinary event filled with joy, love, and numerous adjustments. However, it's also a time when parents can experience significant challenges, including changes in mental health and overall wellbeing. To support you during this time, we are excited to announce our upcoming Postnatal Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshop which will include:

• recognising postnatal mental health symptoms
• Coping with and managing emotions and your mental health and wellbeing
• Support your relationship with your baby and your family and support network

We will also support you to support yourself including coping strategies, relaxation and calming techniques.
