▪️ Tuesdays 1:00-2:00 pm or 2:00-3:00 pm starting November 5
▪️ Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 am starting November 6
▪️ Thursdays 1:00-2:00 pm starting November 7
💪 Each option is a 6-class series for $150
