Term 4 will be run as two 5 week blocks.Block 1 runs every Thursday morning from 17 October to 14 November.

This class aims to nurture new mothers and babies. Class is suitable from 6-8 weeks after birth until bubs is active and busy moving. Class focus is placed on easing tensions and re-strengthening mothers' bodies from birth-giving and baby care, and aiding the physical and mental development of your baby while deepening your growing bond together.
Mothers Yoga classes aim to create a safe and supportive atmosphere, where a sense of community is fostered.
Prices:
$75 for 5 week block of classes
$20 Casual

What to bring:
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Otherwise, yoga mats and props will be provided. Plus, please bring a blanket/throw for Bubs to lie on, and water for Mum.
