A 6 week Program of classes taking place every Thursday at 10.30am - 11.45am. The class is 45mins - hour in total. After which you have the option to stay for cuppa and a chat with ourselves and the other mums.
This program involves Physical activity sessions that are specifically structured for postnatal women. The sessions have huge benefits both mentally and physically, including:
-Core strength & stability
- Pelvis strength, mobility and stability
-Functional movement
- Posture correction
- Pelvic floor Function
- Social interaction in a relaxed, fun, safe environment.
- Support & advice for new mums
- Nutritional Support
- Confidence building
-PGP/SPD recovery, management, support and advice.
We also Include Regular Diastasis Recti (DR) Check to see how well your tummy muscles are healing and from there offer support and advice so you can regain your abdominal strength.
The Whole program is £60. However we now can offer funded spaces for £21 minimum donation (basically you pay what you can afford!) We understand that being on maternity leave can mean you are having to get by on less income. If you are unable to afford the full price, when booking a space just simply add the code: FUNDED POSTNATAL. This will allow you to book the whole course for just £21. You do not need to apply for a funded space, we work on a trust basis that our fellow woman will be honest and only take this option if really needed. The remaining balance we take from the community fund. If in future you are able to give a little back and donate we are always grateful but do not expect it. Free spaces are available for extenuating circumstances - get in touch to enquire.

COMMON QUESTION:
Can I bring my baby?
Yes you can, However we advise that you do not, but if you can’t get childcare then it’s fine to bring your baby. We know what it’s like ourselves and sometimes it can’t be helped. However we Strongly encourage you to come without babies as the program is aimed at the mums. YOU! Time for yourself which is deserved, needed and normally put to the bottom of your list!
There are endless groups out there which are for the baby or the baby prioritised. But YOU are our priority.
When mums are happy and healthy then so are your babies.
On the weeks you cannot get childcare we just ask you to let us know you are bringing the baby 😊 We refer to a baby that is less than 12 months old and immobile. Babies that are older and able to move around are unsafe to have in a classroom and are not covered on insurance.
