🥊 Preston folks… fancy a post-Christmas reset?We’re running a Post-Turkey Kickboxing Pad Smash at West Coast Martial Arts on Saturday 27th December at 11:30am.
If you’re currently held together by mince pies and optimism, this will help.
It’s dead simple...
🥊Pad drills.
🥊Bag work.
🥊A bit of movement.
Plus some light stretching and a short relaxation at the end so you walk out feeling human again.
Beginners welcome... Adults, teens, ages 12+
✅No fighting.
✅No pressure.
✅No “you must be fit.”
Just turn up, have a laugh, and hit stuff that doesn’t hit back.
It’s £2.60… partly because free stuff gets ignored, and partly because 2026 is creeping up on us and this is a tiny nudge to get moving before January shows up and scares everyone.
Bring:
Comfy clothes, a drink, and gloves if you’ve got them.
If not, we’ve got loaners that don’t smell like sadness.
