Our Postnatal Pilates course is geared towards anyone looking to reintroduce exercise after giving birth in a safe and attentive way to both your physical and mental health needs. Reformer Pilates, in particular, is a low-impact exercise focusing primarily on engaging the core muscles, often referred to as our powerhouse. As a result of accommodating our babies’ needs, we often experience tightness in our lower bodies and trunks.

Our program consistently incorporates stretching to facilitate lengthening through the lower body and extension and rotation through the upper body, addressing the impacts of pregnancy and postnatal demands. Join us and allow yourself time for self-care to heal and breathe into better health for you and your family. Babies that are not crawling/walking yet are welcome to join you for the class.
