Post-Election Mental Health Support Group

Join us for a supportive and compassionate space to come together and process our feelings following the election results. This Post-Election Mental Health Support Group will be meeting on January 8th and January 22nd, and will offer a safe environment for anyone to share their emotions, find solidarity, and connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges. Whether you're feeling anxious, frustrated, or overwhelmed, this group is here to help you feel less alone and more supported as we navigate these uncertain times together.

This group is especially welcoming to BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and LGBTQ+ individuals, and is committed to creating an inclusive and safe space for everyone. We honor and respect all identities and experiences. Everyone 18 years and older is welcome, and participation is free.
