This retreat day combines energising yoga with the calming effects of nature, offering a supportive reset after the busy Christmas period. Suitable for all yoga levels and anyone looking for movement, connection and a wellbeing boost.
Morning – Yoga Session
Arrive at 10:00am for a warm welcome and refreshments.
At 10:15am, enjoy a guided, energising yoga class tailored to all abilities. This session focuses on awakening the body, easing stiffness, and lifting your physical and mental energy following the festive break.
Lunch Break – 12:00pm
Bring your own lunch. We’ll eat together indoors or outside depending on the weather.
Afternoon – Guided Nature Walk (1:00pm–3:30pm)
After lunch, we’ll head out for a gentle, mindful walk through the beautiful countryside surrounding Monyash. Anne will guide you along an easy route designed to reconnect you with movement, breath and nature.
If the weather turns, the walk will be replaced with a nurturing yin yoga session inside the hall.
Closing – 3:30pm–4:00pm
We finish the day with a hot drink and cake, giving you time to reflect before heading home feeling grounded, balanced and revitalised.
