Positive Mental Health Group Networking Meeting

Our new monthly mental health networking sessions are open to anyone with an interest in promoting greater awareness of mental health issues across the communities of Birmingham and Solihull.

We are delighted to welcome Michael Behan, who will share his powerful lived experience story.

Michael will talk about how he learned to manage his anxiety after recognising that anxiety was the symptom, and that the real cause was the thoughts he was creating about his circumstances. His talk offers insight, hope, and practical understanding for anyone affected by anxiety.
