Barbara Steinour brings extensive leadership and organizational experience to E-Safe Partners. She spent many years in the IT staffing industry and previously served as Vice President of Consulting Services at Premier Technologies, where she oversaw consulting operations and supported the delivery of technology services to business clients.

In addition to her work with E-Safe Partners, Barbara serves as President of Christopher's Kitchen, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families and making a positive impact in the community. Her leadership experience across both business and nonprofit organizations contributes to the strong internal structure and client-focused culture at E-Safe Partners.

Outside of work, Barbara enjoys skiing, embroidering, and spending time at her small farm, Bebe's Critter Farm, where she raises Nigerian Dwarf goats and Lionhead bunnies.

Joe Consolmagno is an operations and technology leader with deep experience delivering, managing, and scaling IT services organizations. As Partner - Cheif Operating Officer at E-Safe Partners, Joe oversees day-to-day operations, service delivery, and internal systems to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality support across all engagements.

Prior to joining E-Safe Partners, Joe held key leadership and technical roles at respected IT services providers, where he built engineering teams, managed complex environments, and supported enterprise infrastructure and security solutions. His background allows him to bridge technical execution with operational excellence, ensuring systems, people, and processes work together effectively.

At E-Safe Partners, Joe focuses on building a scalable, security-first operations model that supports long-term client success. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, and making family memories.
