What hunting rules and regulations have changed this year?
What opportunities are there for deer, small game, and waterfowl? Where are the best places to go, locally and in the area?
On Tuesday, September 23, Chad Stewart, Michigan DNR deer biologist, teams up with Portland-area outdoors writer Tom Huggler to share information and answer your questions.
The free seminar, open to the public, is 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at First Congregational Church, 421 E. Bridge St. in Portland.
The offering is part of the monthly “Nature Therapy” program, co-sponsored by Portland Parks & Recreation and First Congregational Church. The community-outreach program is designed to inform, inspire, and connect people with the area’s unique outdoor recreational opportunities.
