At the luncheon we will also honor 2026’s AC Wharton, Jr. Literacy Award recipient.
Porter-Leath’s Books from Birth continues to spread the important message of reading with young children and their families. By creating literacy connections for over 30,000 Shelby County children under five each month, Books from Birth grows readers through age-appropriate books and literacy education!
