Join Adriana Marie and Dr. Tatiana Pakele for a journey through the chakras. Your body is a living, breathing map of energy. Every experience, every emotion and every desire flows through these sacred portals. When these energetic centers are clear and balanced, you feel deeply connected to yourself, your intuition, and your purpose. When they are congested you may feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed.
Portals of the Body is a two-part immersion designed for women who are ready to deepen their connection to their body and wellbeing. Over two Saturdays, we will explore the seven main chakras. We will learn how to feel, clear, and harmonize them through guided practices, breathwork, and movement.
Each session includes:
✨ Chakra Teachings – Understand the energetic role of each chakra and how it affects your emotions, body, and spirit.
✨ Embodiment Practices – Experience gentle yet powerful exercises to awaken and balance your energy centers.
✨ Yoga & Breathwork – Flow through movements designed to activate and open each chakra, bringing harmony and vitality to your body.
✨ Energetic Clearing & Integration – Release old patterns and step into a deeper state of alignment and self-trust.
This workshop is to reclaim the power flowing through your body, access your wisdom, and your most radiant self.
