The Portal to Presence is opening again!Step into stillness and presence once more. This time, we deepen the journey even further. Together, we will gather in sacred space, anchoring ourselves in the breath guided by Kathi, accompanied by live sounds from Tony, and held by the gentle, heart‑opening medicine of cacao offered by Leilani.
This offering invites you to surrender, to release, and to listen. Listen beyond the noise of the mind, into the quiet whispers of your soul.

What to bring:
🧘♀️ Yoga mat, blanket, and cushion/bolster for comfort

Important considerations:
Breathwork is a powerful practice and may not be suitable for everyone. Please check with your doctor first if you have any heart conditions, high blood pressure, a history of stroke or aneurysm, epilepsy, seizures, severe asthma, are pregnant, have had recent surgery or physical injury, glaucoma or retinal detachment, or if you are living with severe psychiatric conditions such as psychosis, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. It is also advised to seek guidance if you have PTSD or anxiety disorders that are not currently stable. All participants that have never done Breathwork with me before will have to fill out a health screening form before attending.
