Join us on Sunday, October 5th from 6:30–8:00 p.m. at the beautiful Cedardale Barn for Portal of Sound: Echoes of the Harvest Moon. Led by Rachelle (One Wellness Ottawa & Sacred Sound Hypnosis) and Anne-Marie from SoundYogi, this special evening blends the magic of the full moon with a transformative sound journey. Surrounded by the deep resonance of gongs, ethereal tones, and other sacred instruments, we’ll open a portal of sound and light for a powerful harvest moon activation.
What to bring:
A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, pillow, and blanket. Paper and pen for reflections. Tea and cookies will be served, as always 😋just bring yourself and an open heart 💖
