Portal Gun has a unique ability to integrate a melting pot of influences into their music. Blending groove-based rhythms and profound themes of life, the 3-piece outfit creates a unique soundscape through every release. In 2025, Portal Gun hit the festival circuit playing both Loch Hart Music Festival (alongside artists such as Watty Thompson, Don Glori and Cong Josie) and Goomfest captivating audiences with their eclectic sound and live performance.
On the 9th of Jan Portal Gun supported Playlunch at The Whalers Hotel (Warrnambool) as part of their Regional "Sex Ed" Tour. The bands newest single ‘Speak to Space’ marks the expansion of their music both sonically and stylistically in preparation for their psychedelic space themed 3rd album. This single includes an upcoming Victorian tour with 5 shows across the state.
