This 30-minute window is designed for you to ease into the night. Take your time to grab your first drink, sample a fine wine or a unique craft beer, find your designated starting seat for the main event, and soak in the pre-event energy. This crucial time allows you to settle your nerves and observe the room before the structured rounds begin.

The Speed Mingle Begins (7:15 PM SHARP)

This is the heart of the evening and is managed with precision and energy. Participants will engage in a dynamic series of structured conversations at small, designated tables. In each round, you will connect with 4–6 different people.
