Join the Elk River Police and Fire Department on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for Popsicles in the Park! Kids will have the opportunity to meet K9 Duke, have a Child Safe ID kit completed, explore the vehicles, and talk with the police and fire department. Jonny Pops will be handing out free popsicles for everyone!
