Welcome to Poppy’s Bakery Sourdough class!

As I open my new in home bakery, I want to start connecting with my community and also bring in a class that will also be perfect for a friend or couples to join.

These next two weeks I want to get at least 20 people to a class. I’ll have a goodie bag, one small starter and a step by step guide to go home. There’s a $40 charge. This will be a 4 hours course. I also will be doing a advanced course as well In the next few weeks.

This class will include a slide show/step by step and for all my hands on people we will be getting messy so bring your aprons! My goal is to have fun and enjoy ourselves while we learn the art of sourdough. Please note this is my first class and can’t express how honored I am to have this opportunity!

Please have your payments in by the 10th of February. Class starts on the 12th, ends the 13th. We will be making Valentine’s Day loaves.
