Join Lori Halverson for a fun, unique, total-body workout that is designed for everyBODY! Lori is certified in an exciting type of Pilates called POP Pilates, which she has been teaching since June 2020. Pop Pilates is a combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and the energy of music.
