Pop Up Yoga in Liberty Park with Nancy!

Nancy has been teaching vinyasa yoga since 2019! In class, you will find she offers lots of variations in her flows, & groovy playlists. She hopes when you leave class you will feel you are exactly where you are supposed to be!

You may know Nancy around town as one of the teachers of the highly popular Good People Happy Hour Yoga!

Class is $10, which includes an hour of instruction by Nancy, a $5 voucher for a draft beer or wine glass of your choice or $5 towards food at On Tap Sports Cafe in Liberty Park, before or after instruction.

Class will start at 6:05 pm on the Upper Patio, so please arrive a few minutes before. Class is an hour & is subject to weather. Refunds will be issued at On Tap Sports Cafe in Liberty Park or rounded over to future classes.

Please wear yoga appropriate clothing & bring a mat. Classes are open to beginners as well as pros, 18+! Patio is covered & private from the rest of the restaurant.
