Join Megan Goerlinger, who is both a certified yoga instructor and athletic trainer, for some self care. This class combines a gentle yoga flow with myofascial release techniques (MFR) using small balls, yoga blocks, and/or foam rollers. Gentle movement in combination with MFR can help with tissue resiliency by increasing efficiency of muscle function, improving fluid mechanics and downregulating the nervous system. You will come away feeling refreshed with increased range of motion, body awareness, and overall sense of ease. This class is a great complement to your traditional yoga practice or other exercise routines.
Each class is unique and may have a specific focus or targeted area of the upper body or lower body. This class is suitable for all levels.
